This book is an easy read, and a good place to start for any student or professional looking for skills and principles to communicate in today's educational and professional environments. Whether a Freshman or Graduate student, or a C.E.O. or entry-level worker, this book will improve anyone's communication skills and understanding of today's communication needs.

This book should never be sold as an ebook

The content of the book is good. I think I could learn a lot from it if I could get it downloaded onto my devices. It will not download onto my android or iPhone at all. I have to keep removing and downloading it to my laptops. It is ridiculous! I have never had this much trouble with any of the other books I have bought
If I would have known, I would have just bought the text book.
