I enjoyed reading How to Lose 20 Pounds in 21 Days by Tiffany McCoy. This is the second book, which I have read by Mrs. McCoy. It was very informative. I saw the success which she had in her other book (in which she lost over 100 lbs.), so I decided to invest in this book as well. I would recommend this book to anyone who desires to lose 20 lbs in 21 Days. She has provided the necessary tools for success IF they are followed!!! The steps are expertly outlined...beginning with food journaling and ending with exercising. She stresses the importance of eating breakfast daily and drinking water. Mrs. McCoy employs simple tips for losing the weight in such a short period of time.
